Dick Augustine has been with U.S. Energy Biogas Corp. since 1996 serving as President since 2002. During his tenure, Mr. Augustine has been involved in all aspect of the expansion of USEB's landfill gas-to-energy ("LFG") portfolio thru acquisitions, greenfield development and internal expansions. He has been responsible for the monetization of the intangible assets resulting from LFG projects including tax credits, greenhouse gas emission credits, renewable energy credits and emission reduction credits. Prior to joining USEB, he served in executive level positions in the real estate industry. Mr. Augustine graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Economics and Accounting. He received an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
