Natural Gas
Though its UK Energy Systems subsidiary, USEY actively participates in the areas of exploration, production and transportation of natural gas. The current focus of USEY's Natural Gas Services is in the onshore, North Yorkshire region of the United Kingdom. USEY owns and is actively investing to maximize and optimize four developed and producing natural gas fields, as well as exploring and producing from at least two additional undeveloped fields in the same region. Currently, the natural gas is utilized for power generation and sold to a large utility, but production and sales directly into the wholesale market are expected in the near future.

Green Power and Renewable Energy
USEY is committed to the development of green power and renewable energy through its US Energy Renewables subsidiary. Current projects include 23 landfill gas (LFG) to energy sites which sell power or LFG directly to either utilities or large retail and wholesale customers. Focus includes not only the expansion of the LFG portfolio, but also investment and growth into other renewable energy sources such as biodiesel and biomass.

Energy Services
USEY provides energy services for large retail energy users, such as industrials, hospitals and universities. Such services include combining the production of heat and power to provide electricity, steam and hot water and cooling, and the onsite operations management of the energy and utility related infrastructure.

Cogeneration
USEY invests in cogeneration of electricity and thermal energy, such as steam, hot water or cooling, which creates both cost savings and an improved environment. The company builds, owns and operates combined heat and power facilities.
